Boulder County Fair 2026

Our Birds

Every quail we keep is a jumbo Coturnix line. Below are the varieties, and the individual birds traveling to the fair this year.

Only the Range line gets pages for individual birds. That is where it is worth it: Range birds carry tuxedo and Fee markings that differ noticeably from one bird to the next. Egyptian Fee, German Pansy and Autumn Amber are color varieties, and birds within each one look much the same as each other, so we show them at the variety level with photos rather than bird by bird.
